A Milford business park has traded hands for $3.3 million.

The Marsh Hill Business Park at 4 Oxford Road is a commercial/flex condominium containing 17 units split among five buildings. The property totals 33,000 square feet of leasable space.

The seller was an LLC registered to a Bolton post office box, while the buyer, Oxford Condos LLC, is registered to a New Haven residential address.

According to Colonial Properties – whose president, Michael Richetelli, represented the seller – the property has a long history of stable tenancy and has a diverse tenant mix. Tony Vitti, a Realtor with Colonial, represented the buyer.

“We are very proud of being able to transact this sale on behalf of both the buyer and seller, who are both very pleased. It’s truly one of those win/win scenarios where all parties enjoyed a favorable outcome. Colonial was also fortunate to have brokered the sale of this property to the seller back in 2005, so we were involved as it came full circle,” Richetelli said in a statement.
