Two new faces will soon be found at William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Northern Fairfield County Regional brokerage.
Louise Hillery and Terry Hillery have joined the firm, bringing their respective backgrounds in real estate and corporate leadership positions to the firm.
A graduate of Pace University with an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA in finance, Louise Hillery joins the firm with five years of experience in new construction sales and the last seven in residential real estate.
Terry Hillery joins the company with 40 years of corporate experience, having held senior positions in sales, finance and operations at Union Carbide in Danbury and Bayer Corp.
The Hillerys will work in every segment of the market, including condominiums, single family homes and Candlewood Lake waterfront properties.
Both are closely involved with the local community in New Fairfield, where they have lived since 1984.
“Terry and Louise offer a winning combination of the skills it takes to succeed in the corporate world with the invaluable experience of a seasoned real estate professional,” Northern Fairfield County brokerage manager Adele Unger said in a statement. “In addition, they have a deep love for the community and are committed to helping others address their needs. I have no doubt they will find outstanding success here.”
