Apartments, Restaurants Pitched for South Windsor Shopping Plaza

A popular South Windsor shopping plaza could see the addition of restaurants and apartments.

The Journal Inquirer reports that the Geissler’s supermarket at 965 Sullivan Ave. would remain the anchor tenant and expand to 27,200 square feet.

Seven new, 14-unit apartment buildings and two pads for stand-alone restaurants are part of the plans, the paper reports.
