Westport Commercial Property Sells for $17.5M

A Greenwich investor has bought a high-profile Westport commercial portfolio for $17.5 million.

LLCs controlled by Jose Gonzalez Navarro purchased four adjoining parcels at the corner of Wilton Road and Post Road West on May 26, according to town property records. The parcels are anchored by National Hall, a large, 3-story brick building dating from 1850, and overlook the Post Road bridge over the Mianus River in the town’s downtown.

The buildings contain just under 28,000 square feet of leasable space. Tenants include the restaurant bartaco.
