Amid a worsening vacancy environment for office space in Fairfield County, a downtown Stamford office building has sold for $8.5 million.
According to the Stamford Advocate, 11 bidders put in offers on the building at 300 Main St.
City property records show the 93,428-square-foot, 7-story building is assessed at $5.34 million.
Colliers International’s listing for the property indicates numerous spaces throughout the building are available for lease, including 17,000 square feet of ground floor office space.
