New Luxury Apartment Building Sells for $61M

A Bloomfield apartment building that opened last year has sold for $61 million, according to a report in the Hartford Business Journal.

The building was sold by Fairfield developer Post Road Residential to New York-based RV VI Heirloom LLC, according to the report, which stated that occupancy in the 215-unit luxury complex was 98 percent.

The building is part of a series of planned developments in Bloomfield’s town center that will add 415 units to the neighborhood.
