First County Bank Foundation Grants $24.5K To Local Nonprofits

First County Bank Foundation recently awarded five Darien-based nonprofit groups $24,500 in grants to help support their mission to provide needed services in local communities. First County Bank Foundation donated $2,500 to the Community Fund of Darien $2,500 for local programs. At Home in Darien received $2,500 to increase transportation services for seniors. Darien Fire Department was awarded $7,000 for a thermal imaging camera. Person to Person received $7,500 for their Emergency Assistance Program to provide a safety net and emergency financial assistance to low income individuals.
