A woodworking company has leased space in North Branford for production and storage purposes.
Marc Lussier of Millstream Woodworking LLC signed on for 1,000 square feet in a multitenanted facility at 2344 Foxon Road.
The landlord is Cooper Partners LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in the transaction.
