Yale Secures Space For Alzheimer’s Research


Yale University has leased space in New Haven for Alzheimer’s disease research.

Yale University Properties signed on for the entire eighth floor of One Church Street for five years. Dr. Christopher Van Dyke will occupy the 11,065-square-foot space and use it to research the brain disorder.

Susan Cascio negotiated the lease for Yale, and The Proto Group represented the landlord, One Church Street Assoc. LP.
