State Begins Crackdown on Kickbacks
State Rep. John Harkins, Connecticut Department of Banking Commissioner Howard Pitkin and Department of Consumer Protection Commissioner Jerry Farrell Jr. recently announced joint efforts to crack down on the illegal practice of real estate agents receiving kickbacks or compensation from mortgage lenders.
