Bleak Forecast Given At NEEP Conference

The New England Economic Partnership, which held a conference last week at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, is offering a pessimistic outlook for Connecticut’s housing market.

What a tease. The state’s slumping housing market, predicted to remain in recession mode for at least another year, will mean a lower median sales price – but not low enough to help shoppers looking for affordable homes.
