M&M Releases Multifamily Market Review

| Deals like the $30 million sale of the Newbury Village Apartment Homes in Meriden are helping to drive the dollar volume in the state’s apartment market. The deal was brokered by Marcus & Millichap, which has just released its annual market review. |
While the number of apartment units sold remained virtually unchanged, the dollar volume for 2006 rose 37 percent over the 2005 performance to $689.8 million.
