I am a print subscriber, but I have not received The Commercial Record in the mail recently.

After 128 years of publishing a weekly newspaper, The Commercial Record made the change to a monthly magazine in January, 2011.  Our final weekly newspaper was the issue of January 7, 2011 and we mailed out our first monthly magazine the following week.  An annual print subscription to The Commercial Record now includes 12 monthly issues of the magazine and online access for up to 10 staff members.  For information on how to sign up additional staff members, see below.

 

How do I sign up additional staff members for The Commercial Record or change my current users?

If you pay for a print subscription to The Commercial Record, you can add up to 9 of your co-workers to your account at no additional charge.  The individuals that you add will each receive The Commercial Record in the mail every month and will have access to all of the content on commercialrecord.com, including all of the credit and real estate records.  For more information on how to sign up or change additional users, visit our Subscriber Benefits Page.

 

How do I activate my web access/receive a username and password for the web site?

To activate your web access, click here or click on "Activate Web Access" at the top of the home page.  You will need to enter your account number and address exactly as they appear on your print copy of The Commercial Record.  The system will create your username (which is always your full e-mail address) and a password. 

 

What do I do if I am having trouble logging in or I forgot my password?

Most of the time when subscribers are having trouble logging in it is because they have misplaced their password.  To reset your password, click here and enter your full e-mail address in the "Forgot Your Password" box and click on "Request Reset."  You will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to reset your password.  The e-mail will appear to have come from your e-mail account and will have the subject line "Password Reset Request From The Commercial Record."

 

How do I access the credit and real estate records?

The credit and real estate records are no longer included in the printed copy of The Commercial Record. To view a searchable database of credit and real estate records as well as recent sales, town stats and Rhode Island real estate records, log into your account by entering your E-mail and Password in the upper-right-hand corner of the home page, then click the big red Records & Research button on the left hand side of the home page. How do I subscribe or renew my subscription to The Commercial Record?

To renew your existing subscription online, click here.  You will need your account number as it appears on your printed copy of The Commercial Record.

The Commercial Record Daily is available free.  To sign up, click here and enter the e-mail address.  The Commercial Record Daily is generally sent out every business day before noon and delivers the latest business news affecting the finance and real estate sectors of Connecticut.  When you sign up for our daily alert you will also receive occasional breaking news alerts and promotional e-mails from us.  We will never share your e-mail address with any third party. Be sure to add our e-mail address, news@thewarrengroup.com, to your address book to ensure delivery.

 

How do I order an article reprint?

The Commercial Record offers PDF files of any staff-written article for $175, which includes the rights to reprint the PDF as many times as you like and to post the article to your website, deliver via e-mail, etc.  For more information or to order, click here.
